Types of Career Opportunities

Floating Manager

A floating manager provides support for multiple stores by managing various locations when the regular store manager is absent. Regular job duties include planning and executing all marketing activity for each Complete Cash store within the district, answering telephones, returning customer service telephone calls, and traveling to different locations within the district to manage stores as the need arises.

This position provides a strong level of education in the title pawn industry and prepares the floating manager to move up into a store manager position.

Basic requirements: Candidate should be able to demonstrate a superior level of customer care.

Co-Manager or Store Manager

Both co-managers and store managers work together to be responsible for meeting performance expectations and goals for the store under their care. To ensure success, managers are required to oversee and handle all aspects of daily operations in the store including customer care and pawn education, marketing, cash handling, building maintenance issues, processing title pawns, communicating store performance with upper-level management, and more.

As co-managers and store managers become more comfortable with these responsibilities, they will continue to grow their education in the title pawn industry and prepare to move further in their careers with opportunities to become an assistant district manager.

Assistant District Manager

This position is a leadership development position that prepares the associate for a position as a district manager. Responsibilities include assisting the district manager with scheduling, creating weekly and monthly reports, and communication to upper-level management. Provides support and training to all stores within the district, resolves customer issues, conducts store audits, and approves title pawns that fall over store manager limits.

Basic requirements: Candidate should be able to demonstrate a superior level of customer care.

District Manager

District managers are responsible for achieving all district performance expectations, conducting store audits, interviewing and hiring, facilitating coaching opportunities and all district associate training, scheduling, resolving customer concerns, thoroughly training assistant district managers, and communicating to upper management.
